friendly staff clean room convenient location missing refrigerator heavy comforter missing washcloths

the staff was very friendly. the room was clean. the location is convenient. it was close to the subway.

my room did not have a refrigerator. the comforter was too heavy for the season. wash cloths were not provided in the bathroom.

heavy comforter missing washcloths

my stay presented some issues. i found the lack of a refrigerator inconvenient, especially for storing leftovers. the provided comforter was too heavy, resulting in discomfort during the night. the room also lacked washcloths, a detail i find essential.

great location friendly staff clean room

the location was excellent it was near the underground station i could easily walk to major attractions the staff at reception were friendly and efficient they quickly assisted with check-in the room was clean and the bathroom was well-kept it had good lighting

the walls were quite thin i could hear noise from the hallway sometimes
